Anima is an innovative online service for screening and improving mental health by analyzing users' attention and emotional state. It is based on artificial intelligence and web-camera tracking technologies, which allows to accurately identify attention distortions associated with anxiety, depression, and other disorders.


Anima offers not only an assessment of the user's current state, but also personalized recommendations to improve well-being. Anima tests include analysis of indicators such as hypervigilance, avoidance, dysphoric and anhedonic distortion. These indicators correspond to the neurobiological criteria (RDoC) defined in the study of the mechanisms of mental disorders.


Unlike traditional subjective self-reports, Anima adds objective factors, increasing the accuracy of screening and minimizing the medicalization of problems. Anima is already being used by military psychologists and veterans' hospitals, proving its effectiveness in clinical settings.
